Uncertainty

We don't always know what we're doing.
We don't always have it all together - whatever that means.
We aren't always on top of it.
We never know for sure what's next.
We are often scared of the unexpected.
We ask too many "what if..." questions.
We get wrapped up in the comparisons.
And so many other uncertainties.
I don't know how to combat the above. I don't have all of the answers to the "what if" questions. I don't know your story.
However, I do know that there's nothing we can do about the uncertainties and the scary things until we acknowledge them. It's okay to not be okay. It's okay to respond with "I'm not sure how I feel right now." It's okay to be uncertain. If you try to control too much, you'll never make progress - in your personal life, in relationships, in your work, in your fitness journey, in your healing... and the list goes on.
Acknowledge your feelings. Let yourself experience the fire in your soul, the maze of thoughts in your mind, the confusion in your heart, the blood rushing through your veins, the butterflies in your tummy. Just let yourself be. It's okay to rest.
Happy Summer!
